Our client wanted to create her own multi-destination trip to Europe.

She was struggling to find the experiences that she envisioned. She couldn't find the time to engage in ongoing conversations with tour providers and wasn’t sure what questions to ask in order to vet the businesses.

She found us from one of her friends and we began the travel designing process immediately.

During our Discovery Call, she defined every experience she wanted to include in her trip, but she wasn’t certain about what to do, her ideas were vague.

As a result, we began brainstorming what she could experience based on my knowledge.

After creating an initial itinerary, we continued working together to tailor the trip exactly the way she dreamed of.

There was an issue with one of our tour pick ups, but we managed to solve it in no time by contacting our local partners and arranging a private transfer for our client to join the tour.

All she needed to do was call and we solved it in no time.
